KN-32 (Base Model) — Compact & Cost-Effective
The most affordable solution in the series. This clipper is supplied with a single, fixed stuffing horn (without a revolving system). It requires manual casing reloading once the shirred casing stick is depleted on the horn.
Advantages: Lowest price point, compact footprint, and the lowest weight in the series at just 175 kg.
Air Consumption: Minimal compressed air consumption in the lineup.
KN-32-01 — Optimal Performance
Equipped with a twin-horn revolving casing system with manual rotation. This design allows the operator to load a new casing stick onto the idle horn while the machine is actively operating. Once the casing is depleted, the operator simply swivels the mechanism manually, and production continues immediately.
Advantages: Drastically reduces downtime during casing changeovers, increasing overall production throughput.
Weight: 200 kg (due to the addition of the revolving turret assembly).
KN-32-02 — Maximum Automation & Ergonomics
The flagship model of the series. It features a twin-horn revolving system with a pneumatic drive. The horn rotation is fully automated and controlled via a pneumatic actuator, significantly speeding up the workflow.
Advantages: Maximizes casing reloading speed, reduces physical strain on the operator, and provides superior workplace ergonomics. Note: Requires slightly higher compressed air consumption due to the operation of the pneumatic cylinder.
