Nov avtomešalec PROALL L80-25 VOLUMETRIC na šasiji MAN

- Pred prenosom poskrbite, da so navedeni podatki pravilni in da se nanašajo točno na določeno podjetje.

Lightweight L80 Mixer is ready to go to work. Built from high strength aluminum, this mixer is corrosion resistant and is significantly lighter than a steel mixer
Technical specifications:
• production capacity: 6.5 m3
• hourly productivity: 50 m3/hr
• aggregate hopper capacity: 4.4 m3
• sand hopper capacity: 3.9 m3
• cement hopper capacity: 3.2 m3
• water tank capacity: 1600 l
• net weight: 3732 kg– ALUMINUM BODY
This unit includes a 25-inch (65 cm) rear access platform and an access ladder for safer operation and better access to the cement container.
Standard Features
Two-way wireless remote:
A container on the side of the mixer which is filled with oil automatically distributes oil to the chain of the belt at a predetermined number of belt rotations. How often and how long the chain oiler is engaged can be modified using the on-board control system.
Electric roll-up tarp:
An electric roll-up mesh tarp. A toggle switch on the side of the mixer is used to cover and uncover the aggregates.
Automated water system with manual override:
No more chasing your slump. The Commander’s automated water system ensures you are getting the exact amount of water required for the selected mix design. The system also has a manual override so adjustments can be made as needed.
Variable Speed Cement Metering (not limited to only 2 speeds):
The variable speed cement metering auger gives the control system the ability to automatically adjust the speed of the metering auger to meet the quantity of cement required for the selected mix design. This allows for use of multiple mix designs with various cement content without having to manually change gears or recalibrate.
Automated two product admix system :
Two-product chemical admixture system. Once the mixer is calibrated, simply input how much of each admix chemical you require per yard and let the Commander do the rest. This automated admix system ensures you are getting the right amount chemical in every yard of concrete you pour. Standard tank sizes are 40L/10gal and 80L/20gal.
Electric Vibrators for sand and stone bins
Two electric vibrators are mounted on the divider wall of the sand and aggregate bin. The vibrators are automated and can be set to run at a predetermined interval to ensure a consistent flow of material.
Aerator System for single Cement Bin
Inner cement bin aerator for long and bumpy roads in order to prevent cement compactation. Particularly useful for rapid set cement or fly ash blends.
Automated Chain Oiler:
A container on the side of the mixer which is filled with oil automatically distributes oil to the chain of the belt at a predetermined number of belt rotations. How often and how long the chain oiler is engaged can be modified using the on-board control system.
Ticket Printer in cab of truck:
An electric roll-up printer is mounted in the cab of the truck and is used to print the details of a completed batch or job.
Aluminum fenders for drive axles:
Checker plate aluminum fenders for the drive axles of the truck.
Commander 1 control system
Our flagship control system is the most advanced offering in the industry. Automatic functions and digital controls give your ProAll mixer unmatched control, precision and consistency.
Optional equipment included (DEMO truck)
Fiber feeder – Standard
Pneumatic fiber feeder for jobs that require mixed fibers. A roll of fiber is stored on board and dispensed using air to move and cut the fiber. The standard fiber cutting length is 1.9 cm (3/4”) with a maximum speed of 0.45 kg/min (2
Pivoting trough
The 360-degree swivel chute along with the oscillating auger allow the operator to better control concrete placement and reduce the number of mixer moves.
Automation package: (automatic lubrication, belt material sensors, gate height check, water level check, cement level check)
Combination of automatic lubrication system, belt material sensors, gate height sensors, cement level and water level sensors, providing flawless production and total operator peace of mind.
o Automatic lubrication system
Highly recommended. Preventive maintenance is simplified by an automatic lubrication system that ensures continuous lubrication of auger bearings and packing during operation.
o Sensors for the material on the belt
Reduce operator error by ensuring the correct amount of aggregate is always delivered. If the belt material sensor detects that the aggregate is empty or not hitting the gate, then the mixer stops automatically.
o Checking the height of the gate (sub-bar),
Reduce operator error with gate height verification sensors. Once a mix design is selected, the gates must be adjusted to the required height for the mixer to start, reducing errors and ensuring an accurate mix.
o Checking the water level
The water level sensor sends an operating signal when the water level is low. The controller then generates a warning message indicating to the operator that the water level is low.
o Checking the cement level
The laser sensor is installed at the bottom of the cement container near the feed auger and automatically stops the mixer when the cement limit level is reached, ensuring accurate mixing down to the last drop.
