The LB2500 stationary asphalt mixing plant is a batch‑type medium‑large asphalt mixing unit with rated capacity of 200 tons per hour. It supports both manual and fully‑automatic operation modes, widely used for large‑scale asphalt mixture production of high‑grade highways and municipal roads. Standard power supply: 380V‑50Hz, 3‑phase, adjustable according to site conditions. Featuring high weighing accuracy, fast mixing speed and qualified dust emission, it is suitable for large‑volume continuous asphalt production.

# System Configuration
1. Cold Aggregate Feeding System
4 cold aggregate bins (8 m³ each), loading height 3.4 m. Collecting belt width 650 mm, capacity 200 t/h. Inclined feeding belt dimension 650×16000 mm, rated capacity 200 t/h. Stable quantitative feeding for aggregate to guarantee full‑load operation.
2. Drying & Burning System
Drum dryer Φ2.6 m × 9.2 m, driven by 4 units of 22 kW motors. Equipped with automatic light‑oil burner (fuel consumption 6‑7L/T) and temperature sensor for precise heating control.
3. Hot Aggregate & Filler Lifting System
Plate‑chain bucket elevator for hot aggregate: 22 kW, lifting capacity 200 t/h. Plate‑chain bucket elevator for filler: 4 kW. Plate‑chain design is high‑temperature resistant and wear‑resistant, delivering hot aggregate and mineral filler to upper screening‑weighing section.
4. Screening System
4‑layer vibrating screen with mesh sizes 5×5, 12×12, 20×20, 30×40 (customizable mesh). Driven by 15 kW motor, it classifies hot aggregate to realize accurate grading.
5. Weighing System
Weighing bin volume: hot aggregate 2500 kg, filler 320 kg, bitumen 170 kg. Each weighing unit is fitted with 3 weighing sensors to ensure high‑precision batching.
6. Mixing System
Double‑horizontal‑shaft paddle compulsory mixer, batch capacity 2500 kg, dual 2×45 kW motors. Mixing time ≤18 seconds. Discharge height of mixing tower: 4 m. Four hot aggregate bins are equipped to produce homogeneous qualified asphalt mixture.
7. Dust Removal System
Two‑stage dust collection: primary volute casing collector plus bag‑house dust collector. Filter area of bag house: 620 m², emission ≤50 mg/Nm³. Equipped with 5.5 kW motor for primary collector, cleaning screw, filler recycling screw, dual 75 kW induced draft fans. Integrated 22 kW air compressor for dust recycling and environmental compliance.
8. Filler Supply System
New filler silo 30 m³, recycled filler silo 25 m³, filler temporary bin 1.8 m³. 4 kW filler screw conveyor for storage and transportation of fresh and recovered mineral filler.
9. Bitumen & Thermal‑oil Heating System
Three 40‑ton bitumen tanks, bitumen discharge tank 2 m³. Circulation pump & discharge pump both 7.5 kW. 0.5 million kcal heat‑conducting oil boiler with pipe‑loop heating to stabilize bitumen working temperature.
10. Pneumatic System
22 kW air compressor, capacity 3 m³/min, compressor protection room and air filter. Complete set of cylinders, solenoid valves and piping components.
11. Electric Control System
High‑current cabinet, low‑current cabinet, PLC + touch‑screen control system with Siemens core electric components. Voltmeter, ammeter and tool cabinet are provided. Supports manual/automatic switch, formula storage, operation monitoring and fault alarm.
